GoogleVery professional service. As an overseas landlord I am at the hands of the agencies. Lock 8 has been one of the most professional agencies I have dealt with, are always responsive and willing to go the extra mile to help. Good job to the team!

GoogleLock 8 has been a staple of courtesy and professionalism, at the very least, for the past (around) 2 years, being the company that helped me and my partner find the flat we are currently living in, and that they also manage. So far they have always been prompt and courteous addressing all questions and issues we have faced so far, while trying to find the most efficient solution for the facing problems.

GoogleWe've been using Lock8Estates services for two years and we couldn't be happier. They've helped us during a tough situation, they've always replied to our emails and needs quickly, promptly and efficiently, we always feel welcomed when we go the office. Honestly, they're an amazing, professional and efficient team, very nice and assertive. And it’s not the first time that I’ve seen the team to go out of their away to help out their clients. I would recommend Lock8Estates service to everyone.

GoogleLock 8 Estates team have been really helpful and very approachable throughout my stay at the property. They always respond quickly to my queries and are a perfect intermediary between landlord and tenant. I would highly recommend this agency to anyone!

GoogleI've been using Lock 8 Estates Services for several years, I would like to highly recommend it to both landlords and tenants. The company opens 7 days a week, it's no more convenient to contact them than any other companies. Also, they have excellent working staff, the team members are friendly, professional and hard working. It's a pleasure to work with them, and I think I will continue to work with them in the future.

GoogleAwful. Arranged a valuation and had to chase them to confirm. Didn’t hear back with a figure so called and emailed but 2 weeks later and absolutely nothing from them! Would not recommend to sellers.

GoogleWithout question I would recommend this company. They are honest, trustworthy, helpful and reliable. They ensure both tennants and landlords are happy, deal with issues quickly and follow up on any problems that arise professionally and competently. I was amazed at how efficient they have been throughout my time with them and they genuinely want to help. They have a family friendly feel to the company and provide a personalised experience. I cannot rate them highly enough.

GoogleI moved into my house last year and lock 8 estates have been so helpful and ever so reliable, I strongly recommend them as they are trustworthy and will get the job done straight away. The agent has been so helpful with all my issues throughout the year.

GoogleAwful. Unprofessional. Never use this agency. They will never help you once the deal is made. Even if you find a nice property advertised by them, look for another agency that can sell or rent it to you. These are crooks and don't know how to do their job. And we had this confirmed by a number of people who tried to do business with them. Steer clear.
