GoogleI am enjoying a tenancy with Franklyn James for almost a year, and it's been my best experience in London. Tanzila has been really helpful, and she is always quick to solve tricky situations. She is a true asset to this agency and I can only highly recommand.

GoogleWe've been renting with Franklyn James for the past year and just renewed our tenancy for another year. Tanzila is looking after us and has been very helpful negociating our new tenancy agreement. She has assisted us in the discussions with the landlord, was very transparent throughout the process and thanks to her we've had a good outcome. Very few agency will defend their tenants' best interests like that, especially with the current housing market in London and the overall increase in prices. Would definitely recommend Franklyn James!

Rented us a rat infested unsafe property (sparks coming from the washing machine) and refused to return their deposit until we instructed lawyers. Also charged us for returfing the lawn because it snowed
