GoogleVery nice and good agents, especially Vanessa. Unfortunately we just had quite a few sales fall through for various reasons. I’m unsure whether the agent could have done more due diligence on applicants which is why I’ve docked one star as ultimately we had to remove the property from the market and did not manage to sell.

GoogleI recently rented apartment via Mark Kimber and team, the experience was frictionless and one of the few positive experience I had given recent pressure on lettings market. Unlike few other agents who use offers to raise the rent/changed negotiated deal last minute, creating so much uncertainty for me, Mark's team demonstrated great professionalism, as soon as offer was agreed, property was off the market and all other necessary procedure done quickly and seamless. Mark himself is quite responsive and available for any queries during the whole letting process

Vanessa at Franklyn James is amazing - I've never been through the process of buying a house but she was quick, efficient and super responsive. I've heard that the process of buying a place is difficult and stressful, and honestly I have not found that at all with Vanessa and Franklyn James, from the initial viewing to completion was around 2 months (and could have been quicker if it weren't for summer holidays on my side!) Vanessa arranged viewings very quickly and gave excellent advice on expected interest and timelines and was very helpful during the offer process. After that, any questions I had were answered quickly and even ones that had to have seller input came back in a day or two. She was great at being an intermediary with both sides' solicitors as well. Cannot recommend them enough, and thank you very much! Would not hesitate to use them in the future!
