Having been essentially forgotten about by a local competitor, I switched to FJ to try and sell my flat. Despite the trials and tribulations of Covid and lockdowns, the team managed to find practical solutions, and eventually find a buyer. All the team were really easy to deal with, although there was quite a turnover of staff. The dual office locations definitely helped. Only improvement suggestion would be that it would been better if they’d had more of a hands-on approach to sales chasing. I ended up doing most of the liaising with the solicitors which was time consuming.

I was supposed to rent the apartment with the competitors, however they after I send them money they decided to cancel the deal.
