A specific mention for Property Manager Tanzila Arefin who is always on hand to support myself or my tenants and overall, takes a lot of the lift off of my shoulders but keeps me up to speed every step of the way.

Danny took the time to understand our needs, and suggested a flat that matched exactly what we were after. The moment we made an offer, it was very efficient: we had updates on a daily basis which was very appreciated and we signed the contract in a week. We recommend them highly.

GoogleI recently used Franklyn James services to find me a tenant for my soon to be vacated property. As a landlord who lives overseas it's important for me to work with competent people I can trust, who will look out for my best interests. On this occasion Danny from Franklyn James managed the process. He provided good advice about when to market the property, expected rental value, and having agreed to his suggestions, he secured a large number of viewings in a short period of time, and quickly found me new professional tenants. I am very happy with the efficiency of the service, and the agreed rental income. I've used other estates an agents in the area in the past, but feel the level of professionalism at Franklin James greatly exceeds their competitors.

GoogleMark is extremely rude and unprofessional letting agent who calls you just to offend you. While the rental market is tough and competitive, having an agent like this does not really help. Horrible experience and avoid at all cost because they will not act in your favour.

GoogleMark was excellent in handling our transition from prospective tenant into a new tenant for one of his properties. It's difficult to find estate agents who are both honest and empathetic enough to understand both Landlord and tenant needs, but Mark balances both very aptly. My girlfriend and I are now extremely happy in our flat, with a very attentive landlord. I would highly recommend.
