They always try to keep from deposit and take actions on their own even without relaying the message to the actual landlord.
In two instances on the same property they did not transfer the request for my rent to the landlord and said that he rejected the offer for renewal and when I contacted the landlord, they said that they have not been notified about my request, only that I wanted to leave.
Please be aware of these guys, check other REAL reviews and avoid at all cost. Really really bad agency that tries to profit at the expense of both landlord and tenant.

the worst possible agency. They treat you like garbage with which they can do whatever want. Broken, leaking shower reported from me from the beginning of the tenancy, they didn't fix it for 8 months and now I'm guilty of the mug that's on the tub.Better do not work with them

I was out of the country at the time and the whole process was straightforward and easy, from exchange of documents to a Skype visit of the house. Lived in that flat, managed by them, for 2 years.
