GoogleFranklyn James has managed my properties in Limehouse for around ten years now. They are one of the most professional agents I have dealt with. Problems and issues are dealt with promptly and fairly. Gary is very friendly and responsive. I would highly recommend them for property management in the docklands area.

GoogleFranklyn James was especially helpful in helping me get my first accommodation when I moved to London. Their agents were patient and considerate during the viewing but I must specifically commend Gary Atkins (Property Manager), who is always available and prompt to respond to any queries. Gary has been so exceptionally helpful and kind during my stay so much so that I am hopeful to continue my tenancy with Franklyn James going forward.

Antony helped me to secure the flat promptly, answering all questions and even replying to emails on his day off which I really appreciated. GoogleI recently contacted Franklyn James about my intention to rent out my vacant property. It was a Saturday, and I had no expectations of hearing back that day. But that same day a manager from Franklyn James, Inga, called and arranged to visit my property. She provided a rental valuation, gave me a run-down of the services Franklyn James offer, and useful information about the current market. I had spoken to other agents during my research, but after learning all Franklyn James had to offer, and experiencing the honesty and professionalism, I had no hesitation in opting to use their service over the others. Within days my flat was on the market, and they had found me a tenant. Highly recommend for other landlords.

GoogleI have been using Franklyn James to manage my rental properties in the Canary Wharf area for over 10 years now. I have found Gary, Lee and the rest of the team to be super efficient from locating a potential tenant in a timely manner to managing any property issues. Being an overseas landlord and especially with the time difference, they have been very responsive to requests so that matters are dealt with quickly. They are also very knowledgeable on any industry changes and willingly provide advice and reminders on requirements. I am a nurse and I re scheduled the viewing a couple of times and Mark was amazing and very comprehensive. He has been available whenever I had any questions and very responsive.
