GoogleI have been a customer of Franklyn James for four years now in the capacity of Landlord. They have been a pleasure to deal with always efficient, courteous and friendly. The service when tested has delivered, if there has been problems within the property thereby giving any Landlord peace of mind that the relationship between landlord and Tenant will be protected.

GoogleFranklyn James are always professional and efficient, they have repeatedly found good quality tenants for my flat and are always pleasant to deal with. Gary Atkins conducts the management side efficiently and I can thoroughly recommend other members of the team such as Lee, Mark and George.

GoogleI've been living in a property managed by Franklyn James for just over 2 months now and I have been impressed with the level of service this company provides. Antony Cope was upfront, frank (please excuse the pun), and enthusiastic and helped myself and my flatmate set up in the flat. Gary Adkins then took over after we had fully moved in and has been attentive and quick to respond to any issues that we have had. Would recommend Franklyn James in a heartbeat!

GoogleFirst time ever i had to deal with Franklyn James as they advertised the property for sales which i viewed and put the offer. For my unfortunate experience i had to deal with Jamie from the sale department. When i phoned to check that he received the email with my offer (filled in email form) which was slightly below the asking price, he told me there and then that i have no chance in getting this property as there are other people who will also going to put the offer for this property, but told me that he will send my offer to the seller. 2 days later I was checking Zoopla and saw that the property is marked UNDER OFFER. I never received an email or even a phone call to let me know that my offer has been rejected. So basically i was left in the unknown, I don't even know if my offer even reached the seller to be honest, due to the attitude i was given on the phone (when i phoned to make sure he received the email with my offer). Utterly unprofessional and rude person. I would never want to deal with this company ever again (to buy or to sell my properties) if they accept this kind of behaviour of their stuff towards the potential customers nor i would ever recommend it to anyone.

To confirm, upon receipt of your offer, I informed you that there was another offer in place and the amount you offered was not going to be considered by the vendor as it was lower than his expectations. After discussing your offer with the vendor, we had a telephone conversation where I confirmed your offer was not accepted. We did not receive a revised offer from yourself and as such, the vendor accepted the alternative offer hence why the property was marked as under offer on the web portals. You was aware from the outset that there was a higher offer in place. If you feel that this was not handled correctly then please accept our apologies however, I was upfront with you from the start which cannot be denied. We wish you all the best. GoogleI have been very happy with the service provided at Franklyn James thus far; Grace Pascall has always taken the initiative to ensure the sale is progressing smoothly, she has taken care with the details and been quick to remedy any concerns. I was impressed by how she proactively took time to familiarise herself fully with the location and specific property details at the outset and made a point to emphasise them to prospective buyers. The staff at FJ have been a pleasure to deal with thus far.
