GoogleFranklyn James have managed our flat for a number of years and they have been excellent. Always helpful, friendly and professional, I have nothing but praise for them. They have sorted out problems quickly and efficiently and have been very easy to communicate with. I would have no hesitation in using them for any future work.

GoogleFranklyn & James were professional throughout my tenancy with them. In particular, Gary was helpful and responded to any issues or inquiries quickly. I encountered no issues from signing the tenancy to the processes of returning the deposit and would recommend people consider letting a property through Franklyn & James.

GoogleFranklyn James have managed two of my properties over the last four years. I have frequently dealt with Gary Atkins and Lee Alter and found them to be very polite, efficient and professional. I can also say the same about the other staff I have dealt with. Payment of rent is timely and any queries are dealt with efficiently. I would highly recommend them.

GoogleI am very happy with the service that Franklyn & James provided to us. We rented a flat from them and were in the property for just over two years. They were professional throughout our tenancy . Communicating with them is easy and they respond promptly. Gary in particular, was very helpful and dealt with any issues or inquiries quickly. From signing the tenancy to the processes of returning the deposit, we had no issues. I have no hesitation in recommending Franklyn & James.
