GoogleMark was the first agent we saw. We described our rough tick-list of what we wanted, where how much we wanted to pay etc. As it transpired, the perfect house came onto the market in that evening and Mark knew it would be right for us. He was pretty spot on. We took it straight off the market and were the first to view the property. A month down the line, we're moved in and couldn't be happier. Mark is a top bloke - friendly, not too salesy, understood what we wanted and post offer was really helpful.

GoogleJamie was absolutely fantastic. I have been in docklands and east london for 20 years and his knowledge is second to none. After being on the market with other agents , he has managed to sell two of my properties ( one of which has just exchanged). He is a lovely guy and very friendly to deal with which makes the whole process so much more pleasant . Very efficient and always finds way to deal with and solve problems. I can' t recommend him enough. 6 stars!

Mark's ability to read people and the market meant he was able to get the right people in to view the property and achieve some amazing offers in a difficult climate. He is very responsive and very easy to contact. He is easy to talk to and listens to what you are looking for. As a property investor I often work with estate agents to buy and sell property and without doubt Mark is the most skilled and professional agent I have worked with. GoogleI have been completely thrilled with the service that Mark has provided. He handled all negotiations with such professionalism and was able to secure a fantastic price in a very uneasy market. Mark's ability to read people meant that all appropriate leads were followed up and he didn't waste time where it was clear people were not interested. Once the offer was in Mark continued to work tirelessly to ensure both parties were moving forward and remained positive and friendly throughout. Mark was friendly, easy to contact, always on hand to give useful advice and I'd recommend him and his services in future. GoogleIgnored my request to replace my matress the whole year. Not even a reply but v quick to add charges and demand replies to their emails. Charged us for a missing lamp that didn't exist. Also tried to charge me £36 for a reference letter I needed to move out. Typical disgrace of an estate agent.

GoogleThese guys treated us like delinquents once they take the deposit from us. Their aim then is just see you leave at the end of the tenancy since they will charge new fees to the next tenant. They will not allow you to talk with the landlord (the name is not even in the contract). They will not take care of anything since they want you to leave as soon as possible. They will charge you for any service, reference letters etc, even the copy of the keys (and it will not be cheap). They will not answer to you emails and even if you go to their office in person you will be treated as a delinquent. Absolutely disgracefull.

GoogleWorking with Franklyn James has been one of the worst customer experience I have ever had. We have been lied to regarding the fees, have been ignored when we had no hot water for a week and had to wait for more than 3 weeks to have our deposit refunded. I sincerely recommend looking for a different agency as they have no consideration for the tenants.
