GoogleZak has been very kind and helpful throughout my flat finding process. He found my current flat which checked all my boxes. He is very communicative. When I found my current flat, he followed up immediately after the viewing, and kept me posted about the landlords decision after submitting my offer. A great agent.

GoogleNicole and Salvatore were outstanding from start to finish. They found high-quality tenants for me very quickly and supported me throughout the entire process, from handling paperwork to coordinating tradesmen. They were always available, responsive, and incredibly helpful. The whole experience was smooth and stress-free. I wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again and highly recommend them.

GoogleI recently moved into my flat. A couple of days after moving in, I encountered some issues with the flat and contacted my agent, Salv. Thankfully, for his prompt support and responses, contractors were contacted, and the issues were resolved hassle-free.

GoogleI can’t recommend Zak highly enough! As someone who had never rented before, I was a bit nervous about the whole process, but Zak made it completely stress-free. He was incredibly responsive and always communicated clearly, walking me through every step so I never once felt confused or misled. He’s genuinely kind, great at his job, and made the experience so easy and reassuring. Thanks to his guidance, efforts, and expertise, we now have a brilliant new home that we can’t wait to move into, and he’s a big reason we were so drawn to it. We’re truly grateful for everything he did and would recommend him to absolutely everyone!

GoogleFrank Harris is a good estate agents. You actually have agents who seem invested in finding you a flat and would contact you when things come on the market . Was shown around a flat by Adeel, very helpful and forthcoming. Couldn’t find the flat and he came to pick me up from the main road. Genuinely seemed like a good guy.

GoogleWouldn’t rent through them again. They appear very helpful at the beginning when doing viewings and getting the tenancy signed etc. Once you’ve moved in, it’s the property management team you deal with and they are a nightmare. They are extremely unresponsive and unhelpful when it comes to issues in the property - we didn’t have consistent hot water for a year (through two winters!) and it was like herding sheep to try and get them to sort this out. When we moved out, they worked with the landlord to try deduct a huge amount (almost £1k) from our deposit unreasonably (and for betterment which they know isn’t allowed). Had to take this up to TDS and got the entire deposit back because they couldn’t submit any evidence to back their claim. An extreme waste of time and energy dealing with this agency.

GoogleWould give 0 if I could. Horrible experience moving out, both the landlord and agent attempted to unjustifiably deduct almost £1000 from our deposit - had to take them to TDS where we got all of our money back without any deduction whatsoever. Senior manager attempted to force us into accepting by threatening to increase proposed deductions. Have reported to the Property Ombudsman as well as the Information Commissioners Office (for refusal to comply with Data Subject Access Request). Please be careful, log all your interactions and do not let them bully you into unfair deductions.

GoogleI had a great experience with Freddie Papworth. He was very efficient and proactive. He proposed to me a rental property that was not yet on the market and perfectly matched my expectations. The whole process was fast and seamless, and he supported me at every step. I had a very pleasant experience.

GoogleI had the pleasure of working with Freddie Papworth while searching for an apartment in London, which can be a challenging process given how quickly properties are snapped up. Despite this, the entire experience was very smooth. Freddie was incredibly helpful throughout, always responsive and clear in his communication, which made everything much easier to navigate. I really appreciated his professionalism and support, and I would happily recommend him to anyone looking for help finding a property.

From the initial viewing to signing the contract, Joe was incredibly professional, responsive and clear about the next steps.
