Having recently rented with Frank Harris I can say that the staff did all in their power to make the process as simple as possible, always being friendly and accomodating. Unprofessional service - they ask for your card details upfront

Very friendly and helpful staff, but a key warning to customers that I think they need to correct - if you are leasing an apartment, they ask for all your card details up front to make a holding deposit before you can make an offer - I think this is very unprofessional and also unsafe. All other real estate agents I've been in contact with in the past when renting a flat give you their account so you can directly transfer money to their account, the usual way. Posting this so people are aware and don't accidentally disclose their card details.
