I don't know why we didn't go to Frank Harris earlier, because they have been nothing but absolutely outstanding. A little background, we've had come across very terrible timing in selling our property, first brexit, then ESW then covid. Throughout we've been to various agents in the area, and there were a few agents that were great too but unfortunately the sell fell through due to numerous reasons. Towards April-May 2022 we were then signed on with Frank Harris. Given it's history, time on the market, it's not the easiest property to sell. They not only got us the offer, but Richard and Joel have both been so incredibly helpful, done beyond what their role should have to make sure the process went as smoothly and quickly as possible. We all know the process isn't always easiest or most straightforward, but they went above and beyond to make this happen for us, and we can't be more thankful and would definitely recommend them.

Process was very quick from applying for the property to signing the tenancy agreement - less than a week. Nicole was knowledgable about the property in question, the landlord and what would be best to negotiate with. She was very helpful in filling out the tenancy application. Nick was very quick to respond to emails, and the referencing process was easy. Only downside was how the holding deposit was taken - card details over the phone. I think some kind of confirmation that it was indeed Frank Harris, like naming the property postcode and your date of birth, would make it easier. And some indication on the website that this is indeed the way they do it, and not a scam.

I personally never liked searching for lettings online and prefer to meet someone in person. Nick met us on our first visit to this Frank Harris branch and exceeded our expectations in truly wanting to understand what we were looking for and only proposing suitable options that really interested us and aligned with everything we had discussed. Nick takes the time to communicate effectively and effectively with you - he was always on time for the viewings scheduled (which is rare with estate agents from what I have experienced previously) and was very understanding and respectful of our long list of requirements. I had a very disappointing experience with this real estate agency. After one good viewing, where they seemed friendly and helpful, I ended up writing a positive review based on my initial impressions. However, after that, the agent completely ghosted me. Despite multiple emails, I never heard back from him and was left completely in the dark. This lack of communication was extremely unprofessional and left me feeling frustrated and disrespected. I cannot recommend this agency to anyone looking for reliable and responsive service.
