GoogleWe had a wonderful experience with Bujar. He went above and beyond to assist us in our flat search, putting in a tremendous amount of effort and thought into showing us various properties. Despite our busy schedules, Bujar accommodated us by working after hours to ensure we found the right place. Although we ultimately didn't sign with this agent due to a change in our preferred location within London, we wanted to express our sincere gratitude for his exceptional commitment and dedication. GoogleI have been dealing with Frank Harris for more than 15 years and found al members of staff there, to be very efficient helpful and professional. In the past 12 months in particular, due to a problem that arose, Danielle Longmuir was my main contact within the Agency. She dealt with a very difficult on going situation in a very professional manner. She was clever, efficient at all times extremely polite when it was difficult. She always kept me up to date and helped me deal with an unpleasant situation. On an ongoing basis, she knows her business and I have no doubt has a long and successful career ahead of her in Frank Harris and beyond.

GoogleCondescending, rude and rush for you to sign. Their terms are dodgy their contracts protect the landlord only and their referencing process is weirdly intense. Ryan Morgan in particular will gaslight you into going by their terms only. There is no feeling of cooperation or honesty and transparency. Educated tenants avoid.
