GoogleHighly recommended, 5-star experience, especially Adeel, the staff in Frank Harris, was quick to reply and gave a lot of help and support to finally succeed in renting the apartment. Helped us sign the apartment in two days, very efficient! Don't miss him if you need to rent an apartment near Waterloo! I highly recommend Adeel, anyone who needs their house can ask.

GoogleHad a great viewing and consultation experience with agent Jasmine. I arrived a bit earlier than scheduled slot and she welcomed me warmly then took me to the apartment to not waste my waiting even though originally I didn’t book with her. After a casual chat, she immediately noticed my preference and recommended me another available property which surprised me as it was even better than what I was looking for. Many thanks!

GoogleThis agency helped me find my first London apartment, in relatively short time since the first contact. My agent, Adeel, was an excellent communicator who constantly kept me up to date on the progress of the application as well as promptly delivering any extra requests I made. He managed to book me in for two separate viewings on very short notice, outside of his working hours, which was greatly appreciated. On the other hand, the contract itself took longer to complete than estimated by the agency, as well as missing several key points from the initially agreed offer, however I believe this was out of Adeel’s hands. Overall, they helped me find an apartment I am happy with in a relatively short time period.
