GoogleRecently moved into a property managed by Frank Harris. I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with one of their agents, Evie. Evie has been fantastic from the get go, very professional and helpful. She responds very quickly to any questions etc, even out of office hours. One of the reasons I chose the property was down to the fantastic customer service we received from Evie. Anything thing I’ve needed sorting has been dealt with very quickly and caused no hassle for me. Couldn’t be happier with the customer service we have received! Highly recommended.

When I found one that I liked Jamie was super helpful in setting up the process of purchasing the flat. He’s been very patient and accommodating. GoogleFrank Harris was one of the agencies recommended to me when I contacted the Barbican Estate office. A few months before coming to London, I reached out to Frank Harris via email to inquire about letting in the Barbican Estate. To my surprise, Mitchell, an employee at Frank Harris, went above and beyond by calling me internationally to confirm my housing preferences and provide all the necessary information I needed. After arriving in London, I contacted Frank Harris again, and Mitchell continued to provide excellent service. He arranged viewings for the flats I was interested in with great care and provided thorough explanations throughout the process. Even during the contract stage, Mitchell was prompt, responsive, and incredibly friendly, ensuring that I was able to secure the flat I wanted. Frank Harris provided seamless service even during staff holidays. When Mitchell was unavailable, his colleague Chris stepped in and offered the same level of excellent support. If you're looking for letting in the Barbican Estate, I am confident that Frank Harris is the best choice.

GoogleTerrible experience. Have left our flat over 3 months ago and we are still completely in the dark about our deposit of over 3 grand. Not even replying to emails anymore and have given us zero information about why things are taking long. Will probably reply to this saying it’s the landlord’s responsibility but as a letting agency you would expect to have the minimum amount of decency to treat tenants with some respect. The agents never reply unless you write to their manager. So glad this lease is over.

GoogleI called to enquire about a property and the agent was in a hurry to end the call. I barely answered one question about my budget, and they cut the call, without even bothering to ask anything else or see if they could direct me elsewhere. Very rude - treating you as though you don't matter, even though they are not doing their job properly by failing to help you find a property to rent.
