GoogleMark Hillary at Frank Harris looked after us throughout the purchase of our new flat, from the initial viewing to completion and moving in. He was was always efficient, reassuring and a pleasure to work with, making a notoriously stressful process, a smooth a pleasant one. If we were thinking of moving again, I would contact Mark straight away.

GooglePopped in today to enquire about selling up and renting in London for the first time. I had lots of questions about the process but was pleased with customer service from Libert who was v amiable, professional and asked all the right questions! GoogleGeorge was great, he showed me around places I'd found online and also suggested lots of others he thought may like. He always followed up with a phonecall to get feedback and valued finding me the right place, rather trying to rent me something where I wouldn't be happy. Great guy & good asset to the team!

GoogleI was assisted by Mark Hillary. I can comfortably say that the service I received was second to none. It was an unusually drawn-out process, mostly due to reasons outside mine or Mark's control. However, he ably guided me through the whole ordeal. He explained everything very clearly, resolutely kept pushing the matter along and was extremely pragmatic. Crucially, he was charming and polite throughout. I am 100% satisfied and would gladly recommend him to anyone.
