GoogleReally lovely customer service from Casey and Ronnie at Frank Harris & Co. They were super friendly and easy to approach. They were very knowledgeable and offered lots of advice and support in finding private rented properties.

GoogleDisrespectful and illegal behaviour. They entered my property before the end of my tenancy and removed part of the furniture before I even handed over the keys and completed the checkout report. They tried to dismiss their felony with apologies. Unacceptable!

GoogleI have been working with Frank Harris now for the past 5 years. I have always been more than satisfied with their service. When challenges have presented themselves, they have always found the answers. On this occasion, I had a very limited rental period available and a need to find a tenant at short notice. Ronni and Casey moved mountains to achieve just that. Great work and great service. I highly recommend them both. Always available, polite, and straight-talking. Just what you need when time is limited and business demanding.

GoogleRecently my partner and I moved into our first flat together. We went through Frank Harris to rent our property and had the pleasure of working with Reagan Walters to get everything set up. The service we received was great - they were really responsive, accommodating and willing to help us with whatever, guiding us through the process every step of the way. We would recommend them to anyone hoping to find a new home.

GoogleIt's hard to accurately gauge the sincerity of this group as we were trying to negotiate renting a property whilst receiving mixed messages from Freddie and (no doubt in the background) his manager. It's my belief that they profile their clients, which is fine but I also got the impression that that process leans towards a prejudicial selection so far as what I could glean from telephone conversations. They are agents. All about the money. But I also wonder if they represent their clients in an honest way? I certainly would not have them representing me, nor can I recommend them for young people out there who want to feel the sincere beauty, intelligence and diversity that is prevalent in London. My advice? Look elsewhere, to less fancy-dressed presentation. They may sound like are offering a service but in fact they front extortionate prices and demand outrageous rental periods, based on company rhetoric. I would suggest to anyone who questions the legitimacy of property agency practices to contact the TPO (The Property Ombudsman). Please be careful.

GoogleAlthough we had bad experience with one senior employee of this company as our email were completely ignored, Bailey jump in and she helped us massively to resolve our issues in the flat much quicker and in a very professional way. I definitely recommend Bailey, not the all agency unfortunately. Now that Bailey is ooo no one of the agency is getting back to us, as it happen at the beginning of our contract, as explained above. This is frustrating and we are unhappy with the service provided and we definitely don't recommend this agency for future rentals.
