I’m very happy with Folio London because they are very professional. They also helped me so much with all the documents that I needed to give them, because i had to do everything very quickly due to the notice that i had to give to my previous landlord and they understood the situation.A special thanks to the agent Regan Compton who’s been very kind, friendly and professional since my flat viewing, he also texted me a couple of times to check if everything was going well and if I needed something and this made me feel safe, cause nobody ever did that with me in the past.I would definitely recommend this agency to a friend.Thank you.

Initial phone call and viewing bookingThe Letting Agent Regan has been very kind and helpful with meeting me and letting me view the property first on my own and then to do quick measurements so I could work out how to arrange the furniture to make it a cosy place to live. The online process with putting in the offer and then going through the referencing process has been straight forward. The same with signing the tenancy agreement. All in all Regan Compton has been very professional, friendly and easy to contact to smooth out any issues along the process. Pleasure to deal with him. Great sense of humour too! Which is priceless when someone is stressed by the whole moving process. (Which I have been after the Paragon Site evacuation back in autumn 2020)

Beware when renting with Folio

Have rented a property at their Royal albert wharg property it has been close to 7 days and the property manager assigned to us has been incommunicado to our issues and there is not alternate mechanism to resolve your problems and as a tenant are left on your own.Pretty appalling and would never recommend them to anyone

Crappiest lift in the universe

Dear All,Unfortunately, I could not find the contact email for KONE lifts. We have always had issues with the lift in Cockerell court CM1 1JL. First let me qualify it as the optimum of stupidity to put only ONE lift ina newly build block of flats. Secondly let me reiterate it that after today's event where my wife and my daughter of 3 months got stuck in the lift, that I am going to take the matter further as:your lifts are crap.the alarm does not work.I reported the damage more than 5 hours ago and at the time of writing the lift has still not been repaired.it has had the same issue 2 times in 1 week.no one blocked the door, as soon as my wife got in the lift shook and went in out of service mode.the number 5 issue has been repetitive and folio has always shifted the responsibility on users pretending that users block the door; this is an absolute lie.Alii Chattaroo.

I have been renting with Folio for over 3 years now and I must say, they are by far the very best landlord anyone could hope for. They provide a dedicated property manager to look after all your affairs and ensure everything at the property is well maintained and looked after and any issues resolved, mine's currently Cindy Anderson who is absolutely great to deal with! She's very friendly and always ready to do what it takes to accommodate my needs! She responds promptly to any emails/queries raised and is always happy to help! It's the property managers that really help make renting with Folio feel personal!

Great, but missing that finishing touch

Regan from Folio was very helpful and allowed us to view multiple properties for a wide array of options. He also catered to our special needs which was great! The reason it’s not 5 stars is not down to Regan, but the moving process. We were made aware our moving date was a day after we had agreed, but quickly resolved this and had to wait a further 45minutes (from collection time) for unwanted furniture to be moved out of the house.
