I recently moved back to the UK and reached out to my previous landlord agency, Folio London, as I had been a long time tenant. I was immediately referred to Wendy N’Gussen who very kindly and patiently listened to my multiple queries and concerns as I was planning an international move and looking for a new home on London. Wendy did not only straight away offer me a selection of stunning flats (within my budget and criteria) but also answered my many questions all throughout the process, assisted with arranging for my friend to visit the flat on my behalf and sent me multiple information packets, photos and videos. Wendy also ensured I was settled in and happy with my new home. Wendy is not only highly efficient and professional but also absolutely lovely. Thank you Wendy 🙏

Incredible service from both Francis and Antonia, made the whole moving process so smooth and easy. Once you move in. The property manger is never reply the email, phone and message. Even there is a lot of bugs inside the property that affect your normal life in the property. We are filing the complaint to the council recently. If you still have choice, DO NOT rent the property under this company management

We were assured the flat would be professionally cleaned before we moved in and when we got there it was covered in filth. This seems like it might be a regular occurrence as our friends in the building had the same experience with Folio. Our Property manager is Lackadaisical, unprofessional and generally unpleasant to deal with. We’ve been chasing her for a rebate she assured us of for 5 months now! Each time we call she acts like she doesn’t know who we are. Everyone I’ve spoken to who has her as their property manager has the same feedback.

I’ve had to update this while the application experience with Wendy was amazing. The move in and the flat left a lot to be desired and our concerns have not been addressed or resolved. It’s a bit of a shame how this has played out now that we’re in the flat. Wendy the letting negotiator we worked with was incredibly helpful and provided us with all of the information we needed to make the move happen with Folio.
