I have been renting with Folio for a while now and I cannot rate Yasmine highly enough. As far as Property Managers go she has by far been the best that I’ve dealt with, her willingness to solve issues in a timely manner and fantastic communication skills has made my renting period very easy! I am very fortunate to have her as my property manager and she is a true asset to Folio. Thank you for being there every time I needed something actioned...and more than anything, thank you for being understanding and caring, and adding some humanity to the job you are doing so well. I have been a tenant for 12 years. When i moved in i needed so many repairs done and it was awful. When lorayne took over it took a while but she has been the best estate officer I've had. She tries her best to get things done asap. I wouldent ask for anyone else. Keep up the good work lorayne.

Started well great communication, at times seemed a bit like we was chasing folio for answers that should of been answered before hand. The pandemic has maybe changed the way estate agents work, not for the best in our opinion but we got to where we needed to be and that’s the main thing.

Moving in with Folio was very quick. Raidah Jooma was very professional comparing with other Agents or Agency where I applied in repeated times and not even get a call back. Raidah was able to get us through some options and give us the support required in any matter. As well I heard bad things about Folio once you became a teenant, but to be honest this looks like a myth for me as the Property Manager - Gina is very lovely , professional, supportive and prompt and manage to sort out some technical problems from the apartment more then quick.Overall very satisfied
