Listen, I do not write reviews, ever, but today I got confirmed for a beautiful flat in Royal Wharf with Folio and I HAD to give a serious shout out to Hussain Kothia. This young man was the quickest agent in completing and answering all my requests, helped speed up my application, remedied slight hiccups with my referencing, and did it with the kindest heart, and strongest patience, I was such a nuisance to this poor man and he answered every message via WhatsApp, email or phone with haste to keep my mind at ease and guide me through the entire process. A true asset to the Folio business, if you get a chance to have Hussain on your team you are so lucky, and the team as a whole is incredibly understanding, and takes each tenants circumstances on a case by case basis. These guys got me my dream flat when every other letting agent said no due to my self employment status so I can’t thank them and Hussain enough for making the start of my year so incredibly positive and exciting.

Regan is simply the MVP! We moved from another country and initially didn’t have many of the things we needed as the process was new to us. Regan was patient and also very informative about everything we needed. He helped take much of the stress of moving to another country away from us. Can’t thank him enough!

After showing some interest in a unit, Regan got back at me to help me get started with the application process. After registering my interest in a property, Folio (Raidah) got in touch with me very soon after with details of the property.She also managed to secure in an in-person viewing days later. Once we informed her of our intention to secure the property, Raidha sent all the required forms in a timely manner and we were able to secure the flat. Raidah also answered all questions we had, and helped us see the flat again before we moved in and speak to the tenants that lived in the property.Would definitely use Folio again.

Hussain is a Godsend! Very helpful, responsive, and proactive. I have a nice and cozy home to live in, thanks to his support. Very polite and professional, at all times.Folio, as a Lettings' service needs to educate their employees to help their customers as there is a lot to be desired! Perhaps, have Hussain help others with some customer service classes.

Carppiest place to live. My relative came to visit me for 45 minutes. They parked the car outside the disable bay with the blue badge and yet they got a fine. What F going on here. Even disable in disable bay cannot park.

My Property Manager Lerayne was fantastic when i moved into my maisonette which was riddled with problems - Nothing was too much trouble and Lerayne did everything in her power to deal with all the issues which nobody could have foreseen - It took time and I had alternative accommodation provided until my maisonette was liveable I couldn't recommend Lerayne more - shes a star :)

We have lived in our house for over 14 years and we are very happy with how any issues have been dealt with. All the safety checks are kept up to date and maintenance on the property is always dealt with. Lerayne will always respond to emails and do her best to get things fixed ASAP, she is very approachable and professional.

Regan, our lettings agent, is simply the best! He provided us with all the information that we needed throughout the whole process. Until I called Folio, I felt that every agent was just not listening to what I was saying, where Regan, was 100% present and listening to every detail that I presented to him. Excellent service!
