As a housing association, Folio are much better than renting from a private landlord or normal estate agency. Our flat was pet-friendly and reasonably priced. Our manager was Cindy and she was happy to sort out any issues that we had. The only downside was with repairs, this was more to do with the contractors who were often quite useless. I suspect that they have been using some cheap and cheerful companies, although all issues were fixed eventually. Overall a good experience. Thanks
