Charlie and Karolina were really great as agents. They helped me secure my first apartment in London 😊: they were very patient and made sure to speak with the owner to keep it on hold for me when I couldn’t pay on time. They were both also great with me moving in, they supplied all the info needed just in time and were always willing to help with any issues whilst moving in.

I had a great experience with Agata as my property manager. Although I didn't have to interact with her frequently during my two-year stay, the five to six times that I did, she was always effective in addressing any concerns that I had.

Folio London has been a great experience. I've lived here for over a year and I loved it, the building is quite new and clean with a great Concierge service. Cindy Anderson, the building manager has been quite helpful and very responsive everytime there has been an issue.

I've been a resident in folio London for nearly two years now, and myself & my partner love it here! Agata, who is my property manager in Chelmsford, has always responded to any issues we have regardless how small at a very quick pace & has always sorted us out ASAP to make sure there is not even a little inconvenience! Once, I bought a new car not realising my car struggled to fit in my current car park spot, and within an hour of contacting Agata she found me a new spot and moved me straight out! I definitely recommend anybody to move here, as they obviously make sure they get the best property managers here, that are always just a message away! I've had lots of issues with landlords in the past, being rude and plain out refusing to sort any issues, but never once had an issue here! We have engineers sent out either within the same day or the next day at the latest, they have handyman's on standby that come ASAP to sort any small issues like something coming off its hatch or anything that you can imagine! Any issues, they will definitely sort it out for you, thank you for being a great property manager Agata! :)

Both Raidah and Hussain were professional, informative and transparent from beginning to end. The viewing was handled and arranged very quickly with the apartment being delivered and cleaned to a very high standard. The terms of the contract were explained clearly and the completion of the paperwork was exceptionally smooth. The arranged inventory check went without a hitch and was extremely thorough. This experience made moving in a breeze. I would certainly recommend Folio London based on my interactions with them both.
