Finding a place to rent, in this economy, close to impossible. But with Folio London they make the process so easy. From finding a home to the renting process down to the moving in. It was a breeze.Thank you to Charlie, the Lettings negotiator who literally walked me through the process step by step. I’m sure I gave him some headaches along the way, but Charlie was so patient and always helpful in finding alternatives and solutions to any problems that arose. From explaining every detail of the agreement to the viewings. He is more than a saint. Thank you so much to the Folio London team in helping me find an apartment and I can’t wait to start making it a home.

Taj was very welcoming as our Property Manager for 16 Pennant House when we first moved in and made sure we had all the information we needed to settle in.She also ensured that any maintenance issues we had were addressed promptly and any general issues affecting the building were communicated well.

Folio's agents have been pretty helpful in finding my dream flat for me. One of the agent I was in touch with was Raidah. She was helpful and quick with her responses. I had been eyeing on a flat in Halo Tower since Jan 23 but due to some issues, I was about to lose the flat. Raidah kept patience with me and helped me figure out the solution. She answered all my questions and queries. She even responded me during her days off to make sure that I get the flat on the right day. I highly suggest Folio London!

TrustpilotBroke our door open- never came to fix it
We were locked out in January, we called the emergency number on a weekend, the guy came, let us in, ripped out the lock of our door leaving a huge gaping hole, and left saying he would be back the next day. He never returned. We called again and someone else came, looked at the lock and said he would be back with the appropriate piece in an hour. He also never returned. When contacting our property manager, we were finally told there’s no record of the previous “fixings” and they have contacted the “repairs”. Weeks later I received a phone call telling me of one date and time that they would come and fix it. It was at a time we are working and not home, they never called back. It’s now been months, our door still has a huge hole, and the only contact I am receiving from property manager is that “most of our contractors are weekdays 9-5” but no mention of any effort to reach out otherwise or a time line of how to help. Our house is unsecured and open to the elements. We are losing money from the excess heat leaving, and are vulnerable to break ins. This is absolute madness I can’t believe how much no one cares or wants to help as is their duty. We were pleased at first to have a “property manager” there to support of something went wrong, but now we feel like that person is just there to delay our complaints. We don’t feel safe or supported at all we feel robbed both financially and ethically this is such poor practice.

TrustpilotGood onboarding, terrible service
Experience after moving in has been more than horrendous. You will only know if an agency is good once you need them, and unfortunately I’ve been plagued with issues since I’ve moved to one of their properties in Ealing. The property manager Aimee never answers any emails and has never picked up her phone. Never. It’s like she doesn’t exist. I’m only giving 2 starts because the references system when you’re onboarding the company is quite smooth. But they just lure you in and once the contract is signed you’re doomed. I used to live down the road from here for 3 years, another agency, and never had any issues with them. They were always very prompt in solving any of my problems. Folio is the total opposite. Absolute appalling. Aimee, try answering your emails or picking up your phone.

Folio flat is amazing, comfortable and have really good staff like Zac, Clare who are always there to help when needed. However, Cindy Anderson (property manager) is probably the slowest person i have ever met. I have tried to call her at least 50 times, and she only answered once. This means if tomorrow I have an emergency, she would not even be reliable to answer her phone. Disregarding the property manager, I have only good things to say about Folio, and the welcomming team her.
