I have been renting with Folio since last September and have only great things to say about the team, especially Karolina Madrzecka, who was so helpful throughout the whole process making everything much easier!The building has great features and I believe it to be very secure. And I can't wait to try out all the new facilities they will be incorporating soon (i.e. gym/coffee).What I love the most about it is the Lab, always have something exciting going on for the tenants.
