Karolina is the estate agent at Folio that helped me find my apartment. She went above and beyond her job description to help me secure my apartment. Even after I moved in, although she is not the property a manger, she has helped with some issues even though that’s not her job description. For me it’s less folio, and more Karolina for the reason I sought help from this company.

Raidah has been super-helpful!!Raidah has been my go to person whenever i find difficulties in getting a place for rent either for me or my friends(moving from India). She gives variety of available options and is always proactive in getting the best deal within the desired span of time. This is my 5th relationship with Halo and I have not found any major issues except with one of my experience. I am quite sure the team is working hard to resolve that too.

Folio's Property Manager, Ben Coates is the worst property manager I have encountered.First of all, he was very irresponsive and very unhelpful. We need to add a name on the tenancy contract in the beginning of our tenancy and asked for the update. We could rarely find him via phone and also he responded to email very slowly. When we were trying to arrange end of tenancy cleaning for move out, we asked for his recommendation and he was also very irresponsive. It was near the end of tenancy so we had to arrange our own cleaning service quickly instead of using his recommended one. After we moved out and inventory check, we were told by the inventory clerk that the cleaning is up to standard and no re-clean is needed. We could likely get our full deposit back. However, the second day Ben Coates sent us the email and said re-clean is needed or otherwise he is going to charge us £200. We asked where the problems are and why was there such an issue, he simply responded "I don't know." Unhelpful and unprofessional at all! Avoid him at all cost.Can't believe a good management company like Folio still employs a staff like this which is very frustrating and disappointing. I otherwise enjoyed Folio but this property manager is really rude and unhelpful to solve any issue we encountered.

TrustpilotAVOID FOLIO AT ALL COST. SHARON TAYLOR IS A RUBBISH EXCUSE OF A MANAGER
SHARON TAYLOR has been ignoring me since April this year, I have since then tried to call, message and WhatsApp and I am blatantly being ignored. I've tried contacting head office and any kind of folio email accounts yet nothing. Also when moving out and leaving Folio she made our life hell. This women did nothing but complain, shout and moan. Also might I add she was always off sick so unprofessional. She doesn't listen and it always took her ages to fix an issue. UPDATE: SHARON TAYLOR avoid this women at all cost! she accused my partner of having mental health issues! what kind of person even says that especially in the times we are living now where people literally commit suicide. we have all evidence and will be making this public as she is rude and has no people skill how she still has this jobs baffles me. AVOID FOLIO AND HER.
