Having recently rented a 2 bedroom flat through Folio, I can confidently say that the entire process was incredibly smooth. Karolina, the agent we primarily dealt with, was not only friendly but also kept us informed every step of the way. As first time renters we are a bit apprehensive, but Folios services exceeded our expectations. GoogleTerrible management, terrible communication pathways for the renters, heating issues take long to be resolved amidst the winter leaving more than 200 flats without heating and hot water at several occasions while charging extremely high rates for suboptimal services. Contractors are always super annoying, calling you while at work to change arranged appointments and to confirm appointments more than 3 times.

GoogleI am writing to express my frustration and disappointment with the recent handling of my housing inquiry at your agency. Despite initial complications, I proceeded with the process of securing. I completed all required steps, including making an advance payment, submitting necessary documents, and undergoing a salary check. However, the impediment arose when the agent mentioned their contract expiration in a few months. Despite providing assurances of continued employment and exploring alternatives such as a guarantor, I was met with inflexibility and a lack of effort to find a solution. This dismissive approach is unacceptable and does not align with reasonable customer service expectations. I trust you will address these concerns promptly and reconsider your approach in similar situations.

Excellent service from Folio and Tom Hargreaves, the agent I worked with. From my initial contact with Tom it was a personable, welcoming and professional interaction. Tom asked the right questions and actively listened to my needs in a friendly manner. He then shared across the properties that were available and made suggestions based on the information shared & my budget.The information online and in the brochures was very attractive and well designed. I loved that their branding was consistent in style, giving a true representation of Folio as a company and the properties they are managing. Tom arranged several viewings in one session so that I could make the best choice possible. The viewings gave me all the information I needed on the property from council tax to utilities bills. The apartments are beautifully designed and well laid out. I would definitely recommend working with Folio & Tom to find your new home!
