GoogleWe’ve had a great experience with Folio in finding us our newest rental property. Compared to other agencies on the market, they are quite flexible and communicative and most importantly the offer procedure was extremely transparent with no unnecessary bidding wars. Nabil has been extremely helpful in the whole process, we highly recommend Folio!

Poor response/ignored to maintenance issues. They also keep most of your deposit even when a dispute is raised with my deposits scheme. They tried to claim for a full clean when the flat was professionally cleaned and then said they made a mistake and it was for redecoration! (The flat was spotless) asked for an invoice which was sent from a plumbing company with only a registered address. The said invoice was raised with job done and paid for within 24hours?? (Probably a tax fiddle obviously). Charged for rent arrears when rent was fully paid up. No explanation, no response to emails. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!

Really bad company who has no care for their potential tenants whatsoever. We have been deceived all the way through the process and made to believe they are ok with us renting for 24 months. They say yes but when we received the draft tenancy agreement and saw it is only for 12 months and then the rent will be re-negotiated afterwards, they didn't even accept their deceitful behaviour.

I had just moved in and the heating system is broken. I was neither intimated about it nor checked before by Folio and details of property and utilities were sent one day after our move in date and after raising concern on the maintenance.
