GoogleI recently completed the purchase of my first home and had an excellent experience with Fletchers, particularly Kareena, who was fantastic throughout the entire process. From the outset, Kareena was professional, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. As a first-time buyer, I had countless questions and requested multiple viewings, and she was always happy to help, taking the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly. What stood out most was her balanced and fair approach. Rather than encouraging bidding wars or unnecessary competition, she represented both the buyer and seller professionally, helping to ensure that a fair price was agreed for everyone involved. Kareena also demonstrated an exceptional understanding of the legal and conveyancing process. She stayed on top of key milestones, proactively chased both sets of solicitors when needed, and regularly kept all parties updated. Her communication and coordination helped keep the transaction moving and gave me confidence throughout what can often be a stressful process. Above all, Kareena was consistently kind, approachable, and professional. I genuinely felt supported from offer acceptance through to completion, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend both her and Fletchers to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Thank you, Kareena, for helping make my first home purchase such a positive experience.
Dear Adam, We really appreciate you taking the time to leave such lovely comments about Kareena. They will be so pleased to read your 5 star review. Please do not hesitate to contact us if we can be of further assistance. Kind regards, Asma

GoogleI completed on my flat on Friday 29th May, and i can confirm that Fletchers in Shepherds Bush were a great estate agent to work with. My point of contact throughout the process was Chloe Matlaszek, and she was brilliant, very personable, all over the details and very proactive and consistent with communicating and following up throughout every step of the process. I would recommend using Fletchers 100%.

I would highly recommend Fletchers in Brook Green.

TrustpilotWe wanted to express our sincere gratitude
We wanted to express our sincere gratitude for everything Tom has done over the past weeks. Out of all the agents we interacted with, he was the only one who consistently went above and beyond. His professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care made a meaningful difference during what has been a very stressful period. We truly felt supported every step of the way, and his dedication turned a challenging process into a far more manageable experience. Highly recommended.

GoogleGreat experience with Fletchers. Found my absolute dream flat and couldn’t be happier. I viewed lots of flats with various estate agents, and Chloe definitely stood-out. She was far less pushy than the others and it didn’t feel that she was overselling/being dishonest about the reality of the properties. It was refreshing and inherently meant I trusted her more. She was really lovely to deal with throughout this process too. Most people seem to have horror stories with estate agents but I am pleased to say that was not my experience. Highly recommend!
Dear Alicia, We really appreciate you having taken the time to post this review. It makes it all the more worthwhile to the team when their service has been acknowledged. I wish you all the best and please do not hesitate to contact us should you require our services moving forward. Kind regards, Asha
