He was incredibly friendly, helpful and patient throughout the whole process, always taking the time to answer all of our questions clearly and thoroughly. Although we ultimately didn’t go ahead with the flat he showed us, Astle was still proactive in finding other properties for us to view and was always quick to respond to our phone calls. We really appreciated how transparent and honest he was throughout the process. He was a pleasure to deal with and made what can be quite a stressful process feel much easier. To be honest, we went through some difficult times with people whose attitude did not reflect the company’s reputation: pressure, rudeness, and unprofessional behaviour.
