Weekly update calls to keep clients updated about progress of sales process, including number of viewings, information about the market and whether prices should be adjusted. Once offer was agreed, they were proactive in following up with both buyer's and seller's solicitors to ensure a smooth process until completion. Special shout out to Herman and Jack for their hard work on my transaction.

GoogleAs a solo first-time buyer, I couldn’t be more grateful to have had Herman from Fletchers as my estate agent. What stood out about Herman: - He was incredibly responsive, always getting back to me the same day or almost immediately. - He expertly coordinated between solicitors, my broker, and the surveyor, juggling multiple tasks to ease the admin burden on my end. - He kept communication clear and open between me and the seller, ensuring a seamless transaction. Thanks to Herman's hard work and the support of the Fletchers team, I was able to move in just 4 months after my offer was accepted, with a December in the middle. This meant I didn’t have to find temporary accommodation when my previous lease ended, I exchanged contracts on time and moved in just 3 days later. I highly recommend working with Herman and Fletchers if you’re looking for a dedicated, efficient, and genuinely helpful estate agent.

Always efficient, always effective, communication is clear, instructions are followed, advice and guidance needed was provided on every single question or issue regarding the renewals, change of tenants, repairs and maintenance, HMO licence, payments.
