GoogleI bought my property in March 2025. I dealt with Herman throughout the process and he was more than fantastic and professional. I couldn't have hoped for a better agent. He provided constant updates, so much so that I memorised the office number by the end. He was positive and worked hard to get the sale over the line. It was a pleasure working for him on my first home and he will be an agent I won't forget. I would recommend him highly.
Dear Inigo, We are really pleased to hear you enjoyed your experience with us and thank you for leaving such a lovely 5 star review. Kind regards, Asma

GoogleInitially a positive experience with Fletchers and managed to sign on a flat however this is where problems started to arise and after signing, we were asked to make additional changes to the contract. The clauses we were asked to agree to were completely ridiculous. Ultimately the deal ended up falling through and we were left in the dark for much of the process.
Dear Charlie, I am sorry to read your 3 star review. I am concerned to read your comments and have passed them to our Director to review with the team. We will then be in contact with you to discuss further. Kind regards, Asma

GoogleI would like to commend Jack and Emma of Fletchers Brook Green Office for their exceptional service in handling the sale of my property, particularly in what has been a challenging market. From the outset, they were proactive, highly professional, and demonstrated a deep understanding of current market dynamics. Their persistence and timely follow-up with potential buyers, coupled with consistent and transparent feedback, ensured the process remained active and well-managed throughout. The accuracy of their valuation and strategic advice on pricing played a crucial role in achieving a successful outcome. Their communication was always clear, responsive, and reassuring, which gave me confidence at every stage of the transaction. I truly appreciate the dedication and effort they brought to the process, and I would not hesitate to recommend Jack and Emma to others seeking a capable and committed real estate professional.

GoogleA big thank you to Fletcher's and in particular Herman Inthuvarman for assisting with the sale of our property. They worked extremely hard to get an offer at the price we wanted and ensured the sale was completed swiftly.

GoogleI was with another estate agent who were terrible. I kept getting letters every 2 weeks for about 7 months saying that Fletchers could sell my flat. I gave in and gave them a call. The first thing that struck me was how positive everyone was. Jack who runs the office was brilliant and Ema who managed the whole sales process was outstanding. I couldn’t recommend them enough especially given that my property was a hard flat to sell. All I can say is a massive thank you to all…Herman included 😊
Dear Barnaby, Thank you for your review. Our teams work really hard to make sure they offer a 5* customer service and I am pleased to hear that our service is as we would expect. We hope we can be of assistance in the future. Kind regards, Sarah

Having had to deal with quite a few issues in the rental property my family and I recently moved into, I was relying on Fletchers to get these rectified. Bridget was exceptional in not only getting the problems fixed, but also in keeping us continually notified of the actions she was taking and the status of jobs. Her cheerful disposition and empathic nature made a bad situation easier to handle, and her can-do attitude was instrumental in achieving a positive outcome. Along with the rest of her Property Management team, she is an asset to Fletchers.
