I've been selling my flat with Fletchers and we were assigned Ema to deal with the sale. She has been brilliant .She has been regularly in touch to give us up dates on the sale and has gone above and beyond with a sticking point on our lease. She has explained everything as we have gone along .She is always at the other end of the phone for help and advise. Thanks Ema.

George is as good an estate agent as he is a man. Sorted me out in my time of need and couldn’t recommend him more.

I recently worked with George to find a new place to rent, and it was one of the smoothest moving experiences I’ve ever had. He was incredibly responsive, understood exactly what I was looking for, and ultimately found us our dream flat. I couldn’t recommend him highly enough.

Recently I viewed 2 flats around Hammersmith area from Fletchers Brook Green Property Agency. I have been assisted by one of the Sales Consultant Chloe Matlaszek. I must admit that Chloe has been very professional, customer focused and bang on time. She is not only conducted those 2 viewing but gave me a positive analysis and a proper advice on both properties. Also, further afterwords after my proposed offer Chloe has been constantly in contact with me to accommodate my needs in terms of my offer and supported me in every my move, which means a lot to me as a potential buyer. I would thanks Chloe personally and her Branch Manager for an excellent service provided. Much appreciated. A customer Mr Fraser S

Ridiculously and comically poor communication, have made everything more difficult than needed at almost every step of my tenancy with them.

Termination bill from Fletchers for £100.00.

I had my house up for sale with Fletchers for six months. They were unable to sell the property in this time, and in the final couple of of months had no interest at all. I decided to move Estate Agents and gave them notice at the end of Aug 25. I then recieved a termination bill from Fletchers for £100.00. On their contract it states this termination fee, but is rather ambiguous as can be taken as termination within contract period.......... I was most definitely out of contract. Have begrudgingly just payed this demand.

I have recently sold a property through Fletchers and I would especially like to thank Emanuele Fiorini for her proactive and diligent approach towards the whole sale process. She is extremely efficient and great at communication which is very reassuring. Buying and selling properties is becoming increasingly complicated but with brokers like Emanuele one can be assured that the process is moving forward and as a seller it’s great to receive regular updates. I would like to thank Emanuele again for her hard work and commitment.
