I have been with Fletchers since 2011 and have been super happy with the my decision. They really take care of every need and ensure my tenants are well taken care of. I have absolute peace of mind that all regulations are followed and that the property is adequately maintained. I’ve had multiple property managers over the years and when they change it is seamless transition. However, been working with Bridget for a number of years and really hope she will continue to look after my property for more years to come.

A long time ago, I chose to consider Buy-to-Let as an alternative to some other pension options. This was the first time we've used Fletchers and from the beginning of the process they were helpful, friendly and on the ball. Our attentive agent Lily totally understood our needs and requirements for a rental property and found us the perfect place in no time, being transparent and communicative along the way. I was with another estate agent who were terrible. I kept getting letters every 2 weeks for about 7 months saying that Fletchers could sell my flat. I gave in and gave them a call.
