They restored my faith in estate agents. I couldn't be more impressed! Thanks to Brendan and the team for an excellent job. GoogleExcellent experience from start to finish, in buying a property. The communication with Richard Porter was very good and he was always very helpful and proactive chasing the evolved parties to make sure the process would run smoothly and as quickly as possible. Even after the sale, Matt Aboud was very kind to help with some communications with the previous owner and tenants. Although buying a property is a long and bureaucratic, all went really well.

GoogleI would highly recommend Featherstone Leigh. From the outset, there was a logical and clear sales strategy based upon the uncertain market in 2023, which was most reassuring. The whole team were friendly and approachable throughout, particularly Ollie and I felt there to be a collaborative approach to the sale of my property, such that my preferences were always taken into account at every stage. Communications were also excellent, particularly related to the viewings and utilising WhatsApp messaging to keep me updated. Thank you to all for ensuring a successful outcome!

GoogleI would highly recommend using Featherstone Leigh to sell your property. Their expertise in the local market, realistic expectations and influential client list helped make the process of purchasing much more straight forward. Even when my buyer pulled out on the morning of exchange, this estate agent found me another buyer within 24 hours and followed the process every step of the way to secure the sale. Their staff are professional, hard working and diligent, often providing solutions to problems, similar to that of my solicitor. Thank you Beth and the Featherstone Leigh Richmond branch.

GoogleWe were having a hard time with the property market and been played around a bit by other high street agents before we came across Daniela at Featherstone Leigh and since the first encounter she has been wonderful. The willingness to go beyond the norm and helpout customers is what I would rate her and Erica higly for. They are extremely professional and knowledgeable and have your back. GoogleFeatherstone Leigh assisted with the sale of my Twickenham flat which was tenanted at the time of initial marketing. I had feedback from the tenant that they were very respectful and accommodating when arranging viewings, always giving her plenty of notice which was great to hear. The viewings continued when the tenant moved out and the feedback from these viewings was always thorough and prompt. When a buyer was found they were quick to qualify the buyer and were very impressive throughout the sale process. A special mention for Daniela who was instrumental in the sale process; staying on top of things, chasing the various parties and keeping me informed throughout which was hugely appreciated and made what is always a stressful time more bearable. Thank you.
