GoogleI thoroughly recommend Featherstone Leigh. The most important thing an agent does in my view is to project manage the sale once a price has been negotiated. Let's face it, it's not cheap employing an estate agent, but if they deal effectively and efficiently with all issues that arise between the sale STC and completion, then they've earned their money. I live nearly two hundred miles away from the house I was selling so it was very useful to have someone local who was able to organise all the things that needed organising - and that they did. If I needed an agent in Teddington again, I would without hesitation call Dan Johnson at Featherstone Leigh.

GoogleAll the staff at the kew branch were extremely helpful when i needed to find a rental property, Tae looked after the process for me, i saw enough properties in a variety of local locations to allow an informed decision on my part with out the process dragging on. all the admin was done quickly and accurately, i would use these guys again.

Her team are equally friendly and professional, and helped me to find an excellent tenant for my property. Although not still the same staff who I knew and trusted, I quickly found the current team to be just as competent, helpful and professional. I had excellent support and advice throughout the preparation, viewings and eventual selection of tenants - which greatly helped during the stresses and strains of packing up and ensuring the house was ready for a new family to move in. I am happy to recommend Featherstone Leigh to anyone in Richmond looking for a well run lettings agent who take the time to know their clients and understand their requirements.

GoogleWe've just completed on our house purchase with Featherstone Leigh and having bought and sold a few properties, this was definitely the best experience we've had. I was really impressed with Selina who was always professional, friendly and efficient. The house was purchased as a buy to let and Selina arranged for it to be viewed (with the sellers permission) by potential tenants before it had exchanged. As a result, Featherstone Leigh found tenants before completion and they are due to move into the house in two weeks time. This has been an extremely seamless process for us, thanks to Featherstone Leigh and their team, particularly Selina.

GoogleOurs was not the easiest of purchases so the professional and friendly approach from both Matt and Selina was very much appreciated. We got there in the end and thanks to their support look forward to moving in to our new home. Would happily deal with them again if this experience is anything to go by.

GoogleI do not think i could praise Matt at Featherstone Leigh enough. It was only due to his hard work and dedication that the sale was a success. Buying a house is always a stressful time and so the help of a responsive, diligent agent is essential. Matt went beyond the call of duty on this one, for which i thank him very much.
