We recently completed on a purchase via Featherstone Leigh. It involved a long chain of 5 which was challenging, particularly during the last 3 weeks. Natasha was amazing throughout - quiet but focussed communication and always hugely supportive and available to help. There are some estate agents who seem to view a property purchase as a simple transaction aka ordering a new sofa which is delivered 6 weeks later. We appreciated the sensible, pragmatic approach by the whole team in the Teddington office and would recommend their professionalism and humour (always a bonus in what can be a very stressful process!) What a great Experience. We spent almost a year in total trying to sell our house in Kingston. We made a bad first choice with another agency. But after popping in for an informal chat with the team we asked if they could help us sell our house.
