I am co-owner and landlord of a two-bedroom apartment in Teddington, and the first tenants have just vacated it and new ones moved in. Stacey Mean and Alanna Toal looked after the whole process and it all went incredibly smoothly; the move was perfectly managed and all the necessary paperwork, appointments and arrangements were all in place. As often happens, there were potential issues regarding the state of the apartment at check-out, and these were resolved very diplomatically and successfully. Also, both new and old tenants changed their planned dates, but the rescheduling was very well-managed. I didn't really have to do anything myself, and would certainly recommend Stacey and Alanna to any other landlords.

Can't really review them as such, but I do think my reasons for leaving this are reasonable. If you can't get the customer's (my) name right in any of the 4 e-mails you send, and all four of those e-mails had glaringly obvious mistakes in them, you can't really expect people to trust you with their money. Happy to say that I managed to avoid using their actual services, so I can't really review them as such.
