GoogleI sold and purchased property through Featherstone Leigh and the staff were excellent, they were not aggressive like most estate agents in this area. Philip and Matt went out of their way to make everything go smoothly, if I move again I will definitely use this company.

GoogleA very personal and professional service. Adam Hill went the extra mile to help us with the administration side of things when he knew our family circumstances meant our time was limited. Having dealt with other local agents in the past I cannot imagine getting that service anywhere else. Thank you.

GoogleAvoid these rippers. They only care about squeezing your deposit to the minimum, neglect managing the flat at all and the appaling communication we had with them is just the top of the iceberg. Avoid at any chance !

GoogleWe could sum up Featherstone Leigh in a few words - first class, professional, efficient and friendly. We have just sold our house in Teddington. Dan Johnson and his team were brilliant from day 1. Within a few days of instructing them they had photographed the house, prepared the description and produced the sales brochure. Immediately it went on the market they dealt with many enquiries and arranged a Saturday viewing for some 20 prospective buyers. They also attended other viewings before presenting us with details of a number of offers. Throughout this time they were in constant contact with us keeping us fully informed. Dan then gave us advice regarding each offer and we were able to feel confident that the offer we finally accepted was realistic. From that point to completion Dan or other members of his team kept us up to date with progress of the sale. We also knew that Dan was working hard in ensuring that any delay was limited. We also never doubted that our interests were always being put first. Professional and efficient they may be, they also have an extremely pleasant manner - to the extent that we could feel that they were our friends. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them.

GoogleI have just sold a studio flat with Featherstone Leigh in Teddington and found all the staff there to be helpful, friendly and efficient. They worked very hard to ensure a sale and then followed the progress through to ensure a successful completion. Before selling I used the lettings department for many years and again would thoroughly recommend them - they always found me tenants in good time, working hard to market the flat and to deal with all the issues that renting involves.

GoogleWe recently sold our apartment using the services of Jo O'Sullivan and her team at Featherstone Leigh Kew and also Richmond. Jo was ever helpful and encouraging seeing things through our eyes and doing her utmost to achieve a happy outcome for us all which was achieved. Special mention should also be made of Thomas Gross from Richmond office who adopted a "I will do it approach " and never gave up. An excellent outcome from a wonderful team.

GoogleMy partner and I truly had the best experience you can ask for with purchasing a flat in greater London. We had spoken to a few agents from other agencies who were generally unprofessional and poorly informed. We actually put an offer on a place and then decided not to purchase it strictly based on how rude the agent was. This was not the case with Featherstone Leigh. Jessica Wood was such a sweetheart and did everything she could to make the close happen as quickly and efficiently as possible. From the time we put an offer, we were moved in within 6 weeks which is extremely fast in this market. Being from Canada I was worried about the games and closing times that you hear about but like I said this was not the case with Jessica and the seller. We would recommend Jessica to everyone looking in Richmond & Kew. She's a doll who is patient, kind and very professional! T & C

GoogleAbsolutely horrendous! After being bullied into taking a property 2 weeks earlier then wanted and being penalised for having a cat (confirmed as fine) so wanting 8 weeks deposit!! We turn up to a house with no working cooker - food in London as takeaway is not cheap!, a shower door that doesn't close so drenched bath mat every morning, shelves in bedrooms hanging off walls, a front door we can't lock cause we've been given badly cut keys and a bathroom lock that came off in our hands the first day, you could say has been a rubbish experience. No one is taking responsibility for the fact that all of the above was asked to be fixed before we moved in and not a single person has apologised. These guys are very quick to take your money but will run for the hills if anything goes wrong! DO NOT USE! You've been warned.

They were always here to answer our queries and did the best in dealing with the landlord. We could visit several times with Lucinda and always with a smile. I loved the use of technology for communication from WhatsApp, to phone and email as we could not always take calls at work.
