GoogleI've used a lot of different estate agents in the past, and it's often hard to tell which ones are the best as there are so many on the high street. However, my experience at Featherstone Leigh in Kingston was superb dealing with Matt and Charley who were both professional and in contact with me every step of the way. I can highly recommend them and will be using them again for the future. Cheers!!

GoogleWe were international sellers and I have to say that Featherstone Leigh have been amazing. We predominantly dealt with Josie and she was fantastic. She constantly kept us in the loop, was proactive following things up on our behalf and went way beyond the call of duty on many occasions. What could have potentially been a very stressful event, especially when you are not not physically in the country, was a rather pleasant experience even amongst the challenges that were thrown our way on multiple occasions.

GoogleWe had an excellent selling experience previously with Mani which is why we went to them this time round and I'm glad to say I wasn't disappointed. Yet again, Mani and his staff were excellent. They are all extremely courteous, polite, professional and friendly. Also, there is a hidden gem here in the name of Josie. Josie is absolutely amazing. Nothing was too much. She will go that extra mile for you and help to make everything go smoothly. I can't speak highly enough of her, Mani and the rest of the staff in the office. If you want to sell your property, Mani and Josie are the agents to go to.

GoogleWe had the pleasure of working with Josie at Featherstone Leigh. She made the whole thing really understandable and was approachable and helpful at all times. As first time buyers we didn’t know what to expect, but she was always on hand with answers and honestly? She was a complete angel in acting as the go between for us and the solicitors of the sellers. Our solicitors were less than ideal and she kept myself and my partner in the loop and up to date with each step so that we knew when to chase our solicitors. She’s dedicated to the clients (both the sellers and buyers) and gives straight to the point answers with no jargon. She’s the reason we are sane first time home owners and I can’t thank her enough. I am not exaggerating when I say that we have spoken to her every day and that she has put her heart and soul into helping us to get this property! She has phoned and chased and kept in touch with both myself and my partner and made he whole process much clearer. Overall, Featherstone Leigh had a complete diamond of a property at a decent price and were really helpful. Worth speaking to them as they go above and beyond in my experience.

All questions were answered very quickly and the communication channel was always very clear. Dealt particularly with Philip and Matt, both incredible personable and helpful. GoogleWent to look at a property on Tennyson Ave today. Arrived on time as did a second party scheduled to view the property at the same time! This is a amateurish sales tactic that attempts to put potential purchasers under pressure. Free advice - if the purchaser is going to be spending +£1m don’t make them wait on the road whilst you’re inside trying to flog the property to somebody else.

GoogleThe staff there are really helpful and professional. I made the phone call to their head office in Holborn, they cannot answer that. But they gave the telephone number who can solve the question to me at Teddington branch. Then I made the phone call. They were very nice and solved my confusion immediately!!!

GoogleThe Featherstone Leigh - Teddington Estate Agents are strongly recomended as an example Estate Agency, which shows how an Agency should work and how to treat their customers. Saying this from personal experience with some other agencies where this was not the case alwayes. Especially I would like to mention Mrs Laura, which brings so much positive energy every day.

GoogleI have been renting flats through various letting agencies for the last 6 years and in most of the cases it was quite unpleasant experience. However I will definitely recommend this letting agency. I have just signed my rent and I have not had any issues with them to date. Great communication, easy online system and checks. Agents understood my needs very well and were offering me properties which were really suitable. Well done and many thanks to Phoebe Baveystock.

GoogleWorst bunch of people I've ever dealt with. They are acting as if they are doing you a favour by giving this service. I've pushed, pushed and kept calling for days just to be told that on sorry he/her is not in.. Emails are never never replied to. At the end I've had to give a lift to one of the clerks and even take him back at the end of the viewing - so the clients are a taxi now. I've immediately to put an offer in only to receive more days of ignorance and not answering calls. Spare your time Really not worth the hassle
