When you contact the agency, ask for Josie. It was such a pleasure to visit flats with her. She immediately understood what type of flat I was searching for and came up with different options very fast. I can only recommend her.

Josie has now sold three properties for various clients of mine. The 1st one that she sold, she agreed it by doing a one off viewing after it had been on the market for several months with two other agents who failed to even put up an offer on the apartment. The 2nd was a large house that she agreed while she was marketing the property 'off market' and the 3rd she again agreed on the first viewing when once again it had been on the market for several months with two well know agents who failed to secure the sale. I couldn't recommend Josie highly enough.

Josie and Mani were excellent. They listened to our needs and made sure to only show us properties which they thought we would like - which was different from other estate agents we used. They were then extremely diligent from the point that our offer was accepted through to exchange of contracts and then completion, doing their bit to make things progress efficiently. Their professionalism combined with their personal warmth made it a pleasure to work with them.

I completed on my flat purchase in Chiswick via Fetherstone Leigh this month. The service I got was brilliant and its refreshing to see estate agents who really care for their customers. Josie was absolutely fantastic throughout the process. It was a complex process as the property is a leasehold with multiple leases and parties involved. Josie was always calm and tried explaining everything while never creating undue pressure or urgency. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

Josie has been excellent at helping us negotiate a fairly complicated purchase. Very responsive, attentive to detail and open to offering solutions / finding compromise. She engaged with all the stakeholders (including solicitors, mortgage brokers etc.) and we felt that she genuinely had both Vendors' and our interests at heart. Would definitely consider engaging Josie and Featherstone Leigh for any future sales.

Featherstone delivered a 5 stars services. From the beginning to the end Mani and his team has provided a fantastic service which ultimately helped us with our property endeavour. The agency has a true gem, and that is Josie. She has been professional, efficient, and fun too! If you have a buying/selling projects, these guys are probably the ones you want to go with. We are now happy with our little nest :)

I feel compelled to put in writing how fantastic it has been to work with Justin Cleverly on the sale of our property at Featherstone Leigh Richmond branch. I have been speaking to Justin for a few months and not only has he been utterly professional in every way possible - he has been jolly nice to deal with. We have been trying to sell our property with other agents over the past 7 months - in which their ‘after sales’ process was quite frankly a shambles, which in turn resulted in a loss of sale. Justin was true to his word and was professional all the way through the process. I don’t send emails very often, as it’s not often that I am blown away by someones attitude, professionalism and upbeat manner. Justin is a credit to your organisation and been a huge help over the past few months. I will not hesitate to recommend your firm to everyone moving forward.
