I recently bought a flat in TEDDINGTON and I can honestly say Danielle was an absolute star. From the moment she took me on visits through to completion I could not fault her attitude, manner and professionalism. I had previously looked at two other flats via the main ‘D &S’ agents in TEDDINGTON and I just felt like they were not really to be trusted. Had my property on with them but as the commission was low they redirected all the interest to the properties with higher commission. Cowboys avoid!! use an agent who will try to sell your property not which property gives them more commission. Agents are advised to chase high commission sales not all sales be warned.

Unfortunately I have been a tenant in a property managed by Feathertstone Leigh for 2 years and I have had errors and non-responsiveness nearly every time I have been in touch with them. If they are not getting a fee from the process they will to the utmost to not respond to you, having to chase them numerous times for each issue. Engineers turning up unannounced (during coronavirus, too), and then when contacted to let them know they would put the blame on the engineer. When originally signing contracts with them, they sent our documentation to two other people on two separate occasions. Constant spelling errors in contracts. When we left the property we were told to leave the keys in the office and the letting agents would contact the new tenants to arrange them collecting them the next day however I then had the new tenants contact me as they had received no contact from FL and were worried about how to access the property as their office had closed for the evening. The next day when they moved in FL gave them the incorrect keys twice. These are only a few of the many issues I have encountered and with them. They have consistently been so unprofessional and having lived in numerous rented properties this is the worst experience I have ever had with a letting agent. If you are a landlord and looking for someone to manage your property horrendously and never respond to your tenants then look no further.

Josie has now sold three properties for various clients of mine. The 1st one that she sold, she agreed it by doing a one off viewing after it had been on the market for several months with two other agents who failed to even put up an offer on the apartment. The 2nd was a large house that she agreed while she was marketing the property 'off market' and the 3rd she again agreed on the first viewing when once again it had been on the market for several months with two well know agents who failed to secure the sale. I couldn't recommend Josie highly enough.
