Unusual to be writing a review for my vendor's estate agents but Emily in particular moved heaven and earth to make sure that we got the house we wanted. Over a 6 month period (a nightmare conveyance) she repeatedly went over and above to keep the transaction on track. Updated. From a landlord's perspective. Marketing / lettings office are efficient and friendly for finding tenants. The problem comes with the disconnect with the buildings management team. They are in a separate office and don't have joined up systems. So things can get confused / lost between the two if you're talking with both of them. One doesn't have a joined up view of the other. Recently have needed to be a bit more hands on than desired to get some building issues sorted. Will update again in the future if things improve.
