GoogleThe Twickenham branch of Featherstone Leigh have been letting my property for over a decade now. Successful and pleasant business is based on diligent direction and Alan Maynard, head of lettings, has never let me down over the years in finding good tenants, showing great patience and attention to my wishes of how I prefer my property to be looked after. Any agent can fill a perfunctory roll in the letting of a property but few can offer a more focussed approach to their clients. Highly recommended!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleNatasha Wilkinson at East Sheen branch was completely amazing from start to finish with my search for a rental property for myself and son. She was professional and super efficient with all aspects. I had many many questions and nothing was left unturned. The process was made to feel very easy in what was a stressful time. Really appreciated how friendly and patient she was. Highly recommend

GoogleNatasha helped my partner and me find a flat during a very challenging lettings market, and we couldn't have been happier to work with her. She and the rest of the team were helpful and efficient, making sure that we had everything we needed for our move to go forward smoothly. Highly recommended!

GoogleFor many years Featherstone Leigh, Twickenham office, have found tenants for our rental properties with great success, with long-standing tenancies, very small gaps between tenancies, and we hope, contented tenants. Alan Maynard, in charge of lettings, is knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, and always helpful, as are the other staff in the office. Alan’s understanding of ever-changing legislation for landlords and the rights of tenants, assists greatly in any negotiations. He is well worth his five-star rating.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleReally how an estate agency should be - professional, involved, and very responsive! Dealt with quite a few others in the past months, and they either didn't take us seriously, or were so slow at returning our calls, it felt like we were a burden to them instead of clients. Featherstone Leigh, however, was a breath of fresh air! Alan was amazing, promptly provided all the information that I needed, even though it was on a short notice, and arranged a viewing! The letting process was very smooth, intuitive, but they always seemed to be on hand if we had any questions! A massive 'Thank You' to Natasha, she made sure everything is in order during the moving-in, and followed up afterwards, really made us feel looked after! Exemplary customer service, well done!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleUnusual to be writing a review for my vendor's estate agents but Emily in particular moved heaven and earth to make sure that we got the house we wanted. Over a 6 month period (a nightmare conveyance) she repeatedly went over and above to keep the transaction on track. Featherstone Leigh Teddington generally and Emily in particular have our thanks for their professional and attentive service throughout.

GoogleRude, unhelpful and manipulative. From my experience, they don't value tenants at all.

GoogleThank you to Melanie and her team. Once again they have exceeded my expectations after convincing me to have them as sole agents.

GoogleEtienne was the agent that helped me find my great new flat in Richmond. He is super responsive, well mannered young man and pleasant to interact with. He helped carry my suitcases up two flights of stairs on the move in day, which I didn’t expect him to. He did it with a smile and said: it’s all part of the service!

GoogleThis is my third time to be assisted by Featherstone Leigh to search for a house to rent in Richmond. My special thanks to Melanie Knight who actually helped not only my house search this time but also all of my previous house search. She is very attentive and was focused on what her client (myself :D) wanted, which drove my home search being very much succesfull. I can't tell how nice she is on this feedback but believe me. She is the right person for those who are searching for home in Richmod.

GoogleWe are relocating from Hamburg, Germany to London and with our relocation agent found this gorgeous property managed by Featherstone Leigh. The agent handling our tenancy was Melanie Knight. Not only was Melanie professional, she was also extremely helpful and patient as we maneuver our way across the intricacies of setting up house in the UK. We are so glad that we are working with an agent who is so understanding. Thank you Melanie!

GooglePrue Semba has been absolutely fantastic to work with! We needed to find a long term rental property fast and after a short conversation, she understood exactly what we as a family needed. The very next day she showed us 4 excellent options in one day so we were able to have the lease agreed to the place we loved the most by the time we got home. I would highly recommend! Thank you again Prue!
