GoogleI am in the process of purchasing a property via FBM and am beyond happy with the customer service I have received. Most of my dealings have been with Amberley, who has been extremely helpful, efficient and reliable. She is very responsive to e-mails and calls alike and ensures that she follows up on queries in a quick and efficient manner. I have also had some involvement with Melissa and Donna, both of whom were equally as helpful and efficient as Amberley. I would not hesitate to recommend this estate agent to anyone, furthermore, if I ever need the services of an estate agent again I will definitely use FBM.

A special big thank you to Kaley Yeomans who worked around my shift pattern to come and photograph the house at a time that suited me. She kept me up to date through the whole process and was miles above other estate agents. Would recommend FBM / Kaley.

GoogleKaley from Milford office @ FBM came & valued and expertly advised us through the procedures & process we would have to undertake to market our property.. she explained everything in great detail patiently to our full satisfaction .. we then proceeded to instruct her to market our property & the package she has put together is nothing but brilliant .. we have a viewing booked in after only 1 hour after the house went live on the market.. so as far as we are concerned 10/10 so far..
