Agent did not know full details of property.e.g boundaries or where utility room was. Did not have all the keys. Property had potential but state of next door property meant we will not be pursuing this property.

GoogleLove all the ponds. First time I've seen tadpoles in many years. Love the view of the hill. Peaceful and clean site. Very helpful , as our electric cable wouldn't work, they let us have one of theirs. Great way of recycling, a white plastic bin for each pitch, to put it all in. Saves walking back and forth.

GoogleRude, patronising, condescending staff. Charlotte is extremely confrontational. Repairs ignored, inspections sprung on tenants with no warnings then charged for their lack of communication. Absolutely appalling service for tenants

GoogleBought though Steph @ Pembroke Office Efficient, polite & responsive any question. After trying to buy though 2 other estate agents in the area who were either rude or unhelpful. Steph was pleasure to buy though, wish more people had as much enthusiasm about there role as she does.
