GoogleCompleted sale of our house a few weeks ago. All the team at the Winslow office were great. We were kept informed of what was happening at all stages and all our questions were answered promptly. Our side of the sales was handled excellently, especially by Jill she was absolutely fantastic. GoogleWe could not be happier with the service Mark Ayres and his team at Ella have provided in selling our home recently. All are very professional and prompt in responding to queries and providing feedback on viewings. When we got to contract stage Mark went above and beyond expectations. The role of an estate agent to get a transaction over the line shouldn’t be underestimated for they are in the unique position of being in contact with both buyer and seller and also their conveyancing teams. During lockdown the pressure on conveyancing firms due to their case workload has undoubtedly been massive, yet Mark has kept nudging and encouraging the sale along, in the same polite and courteous manner with which he treats his clients. We are in no doubt that we completed when we did largely due to Mark’s skills. GoogleVery efficient and friendly. Made all the arrangements with viewers and showed them around. Once sold they kept in contact on a regular basis, dealt with both solicitors to chase up on dates and it all completed on time. They were professional throughout the process and I felt we got real value for money. Thank you!
