GoogleSelling a house in a pandemic and after a bereavement turned out to be very stressful, but I’m glad I chose Ella as my agents. Out of the 2 estate agency’s in the town I found them to be a lot less stressful to deal with than the other agents who were agents for house I was buying. They found me a buyer quite quickly it went as smooth as it could with all the added extras of viewings and masks etc. The last couple of weeks when we were about to exchange contracts for about 4 days running Jill kept me informed of all delays and why. GoogleWe have moved house quite a few times now but this is our first time dealing with Alexandra and co and we couldn’t fault them at all. This has got to be the less stressed we’ve felt when it comes to moving. Our agent is Elaine and she has been great! Elaine has kept in contact throughout out and has been answering all enquiries very quickly. From previous experience with other estate agents it’s always been us chasing them up which hasn’t been the case with this house move. It’s been extremely efficient and smooth. GoogleReally can’t fault the experience. Even though I was on the phone and chasing up and down quite a lot, I was never made to feel like I was annoying (which I probably was). From valuation, copy and brochure print through to viewings, sale and exchange, it was all so smooth no matter who we were dealing with at the appropriate moment throughout the process . Amazing, friendly service. Would definitely recommend. Huge thank you to all in the team for all your help and support.
