GoogleWe recently sold our property through Jo at Duncan Perry. Although it was a painfully slow process due to an inefficient and unresponsive buyer, Jo was constantly in contact with us to provide regular updates and to chase them. As a result we were able to complete and sell our property. Thanks Jo!
Thank you so much Deborah, these are difficult times for buying and selling property. I am so proud of Jo and all my team.

GoogleWe were on a short deadline to move after we sold our house and took some time to find the new one - Duncan Perry managed to push solicitors and sellers so that it took five weeks to completion!!! We were very please with their service... Highly Recommended!!!
Wow, one of our fastest completions for some years.

GoogleThank you to all the staff at Duncan Perry especially Dave L and Jo N who were highly professional and compassionate throughout the handling of the sale of my mother's house. They were very efficient from the beginning through to completion offering good advice throughout and handled complex situations expertly when they arose. I would highly recommend them.
I am so glad you are happy with our service, there were a lot of twists and turns along the way, and we all worked so hard to get the sale through.

GoogleI have been so lucky to have Jo Neighbour from Duncan Perry estate agents working on my behalf. Jo has been extremely supportive , during a drawn out process ( not of our making ), that I have found very stressful. Jo has listened to me , never rushing me , and has made feel very safe in her capable hands. Excellent customer service .

GoogleThe staff at Duncan Perry have been professional from our first valuation consultation to our sale completion . They kept us informed throughout and relentlessly followed up and chased when needed . Jo was always available to answer every query and ensured we reached completion . Our sale was handled out of county and we always felt fully informed and supported . We would use DP again and recommend them without hesitation.

GoogleWe had a great experience working with Sarah and the team at Duncan Perry while purchasing our new home. Sarah was very professional, easy to work with - and with what was a relatively complex chain - she did a great job of managing the process to get us to exchange/completion. Would definitely recommend working with Duncan Perry - and in particular would highly recommend Sarah!

GoogleWe used Duncan Perry to purchase the property we liked. We directly dealt with Sarah Reader who was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. As we were first time buyers, we requested to visit the property on multiple occassions with various vendors and Sarah was supportive throughout. Thanks for helping us with our purchase.

GoogleDuncan Perry were highly professional from start to finish. I initially dealt with David Lovett who was able to get the property valued, photographed and listed within a matter of days. Within a week we were offered the asking price. And the account was then handled by Jo Neighbour who was friendly, helpful, pro-active and swift to respond to any issues. I couldn't recommend this estate agency more highly.
Thank You Ann, for your kind words an 5 Star reveiw.

GoogleWe recently purchased a house through Duncan Perry Estate Agents in Potters Bar. They were excellent to deal with throughout the process. As always there were lots of little queries and things to be chased with the property transaction and the Duncan Perry team always communicated efficiently and in a very friendly manner. They also pointed us in the direction of a good mortgage broker. We would happily recommend Duncan Perry and will no doubt use them again in the future!
Thank you for your review.

GoogleI have dealt with David Lovett of Duncan Perry Estate Agents on the purchase of a house, and have to say my faith in the industry is fully in tact! David has been a pleasure to deal with from day 1, and although at times the process has gone a little quiet, David has at all times been on hand - highly available - to reassure, advise and help coax the transaction along. First rate service - friendly and professional at the same time, and nothing has been too much trouble. Carlsberg don't make estate agent negotiators, but if they did...Thank you :0)
Fantastic review Peter, thank you.
